- Solid Steel Body Expeller Manufactured From Heavy Duty Steel Channel.
- Gear Set Are Made From Steel. Helical Cut And Tempered So Gear Does Not Be Spoiled.
- Our All Expeller Are Solid Steel Body, Oil Bath System and Gear Runs with Teeth immersed in Oil Therefore Machine Runs very smoothly.
- Heavy Bearing is fitted in Oil Expeller Therefore Bearing Life increases Ten times.
- Main Shaft are made from ‘N-8’ steel so it will not broken
- Big Round kettle is fitted in center so machine operator can rest
- Chamber plates are Heavy nuts and more in length x breathe, so it will not be broken.
- Hopper is made from steel and connected inside so machine runs smoothly.
- If you wants machine to fit with shaft, their Double Pulley are Given or to fit with “v” Belt special Rail Pulleys are given.
- Taper Roller Bearing is fitted Gazon Pin and Both Side are fitted Oil Seal..

- Being a Steel Body machine with the bearing system it runs smooth, noiseless and consumes less power and extracts more oil than outdated Kolhu, Rotary Ghanis, and Cast Iron Body Expellers
- In order to retain maximum Azadirachtin content in Neem Oil & Cake, Water Cooling Chamber is provided, known as Cold Press
- This process requires attachment of cooking/ Steam Kettle & Baby Boiler
- In this process, first Neem Kernels get Moist by directly injecting a steam jet
- Its moisture content is enhanced and thereafter moisture content is reduced in cooking/ Steam Kettle
- Moist Neem Kernels become soft
- Moist kernels thereafter proceed to water-cooled chamber set for crushing. It is here Oil glands of kernels gets opened & release oil
- By this Process oil percentage and production capacity increases & any residue, Micro Bacteria / Insects gets destroyed thus increases the lifespan thus increases the lifespan of oil & oil Cake by many folds
